We provide care of a specialized vascular neurological clinic:

• neurosonological and neurological examination
• follow-up diagnostics
• targeted treatment
• clinical monitoring and management of a patient

with focus on:

• primary prevention, i.e. searching for patients at risk of stroke in cooperation with general practitioners
• secondary prevention, i.e. examination and monitoring of patients who have already suffered a stroke
• monitoring of patients with carotid or cerebral artery disease

As part of a general clinical practice we provide care across the whole field of neurology, with a particular focus on:

• previously mentioned vascular neurological issues
• diagnostics and treatment of headaches (migraine, tension headaches) in cooperation with specialized medical centers
• diagnostics and treatment of spinal pain (disc prolapse, nerve root compression, spinal cord diseases)
• peripheral nerve disorders (facial nerve palsy, isthmus syndromes, post-traumatic conditions or polyneuropathy)
• other neurological diseases

MUDr. Alena Táboříková

MUDr. Alena Táboříková is the former head doctor of the Intensive Care Unit of the Stroke Centre at the Neurology Department of the Chomutov Hospital. She runs her own neurological and neurosonological clinic NEURODIAG s.r.o.

She specializes in vascular neurology.
